Most AI is bought before anyone knows how best to apply it.We help your team uncover the work worth pointing it at.
Why it happens
Two teams buy the same AI tool. A year later, at renewal, only one can show it paid off. The difference happened before the purchase.
Thicker line = more people using the tool.
We help you get it right before you buy, so the renewal is an easy yes.

The field changed. The skills stayed. I started in ecology, learning how living systems work and how they recover. I brought that into sales, operations, and business change: see the whole system, find the root cause, build something that lasts. It’s how I bring in AI, too.
In almost ten years of talking with customers, I heard the same thing. Every company wants what AI can do. But if AI makes anything possible, what’s practical? And how do you make the practical plausible?
